Walking Therapy is a way of having counselling sessions while moving outdoors, rather than sitting indoors face to face. We walk side by side at your pace, allowing the natural rhythm of movement and the presence of Nature to support the therapeutic process. Sessions take place in safe, public spaces that also offer enough privacy for meaningful and confidential conversation.

We can choose Walking Therapy as our regular way of meeting, or decide to have one-off outdoor sessions as part of our process.
All sessions are weather dependent and will go ahead only if it is safe to do so.
