My approach
Counselling That Honours Your Depth
My practice is Integrative, grounded in the Person-Centred, Jungian and Gestalt traditions.
I see counselling as something we navigate together: it is a shared process built on mutual trust and openness, where we work at a pace that feels right for you.
I place great importance on the quality of our therapeutic relationship, always showing up as myself while remaining attuned to your perspective. When we genuinely feel safe and understood, it often becomes easier to explore what is happening in our life and make meaningful changes. I also hold the belief that there is value in exploring the deeper layers of our experience: those parts of ourselves that may have been overlooked or not fully recognised. I am interested not only in what is happening in your life, but in the meaning you make of what you have lived through.
My aim is to offer a space where you can explore whatever feels important in a way that is right for you. I will meet you where you are, with empathy, compassion and gentleness, and together we will make sense of your experiences and will focus on what matters most to you.
