Sometimes life feels heavy – like there’s a weight on your chest that keeps you from moving forward. Anxiety can feel crippling, making it hard to sleep or focus. You may have forgotten what it feels like to trust yourself, to feel confident, to hear your own voice amid the expectations of others. Yet deep down, you know there must be a way – a way back to yourself.

What we call healing is really a process of returning to You; not to the person you once were, but to the person you could become when you give attention and care to the parts of you that have been hidden. It’s about gently taking the mask off, acknowledging these parts, and gradually integrating them into who you are today.

Counselling is not always about revisiting the past or reliving trauma; it can simply be about dealing with what is happening right now – a difficult situation, an important decision, or an emotion you want to explore. Everything you bring into the session matters, from small challenges to the deepest and most existential questions.

Who I work with

I work with adults, supporting a wide range of issues, including:

  • Anxiety & depression
  • Trauma and post-traumatic stress
  • Low self-esteem and confidence
  • Burnout
  • Emotional overwhelm
  • 'Masking' or silencing parts of yourself to fit in
  • Life transitions and identity exploration

While I often work with clients who identify as creative, highly sensitive and/or neurodivergent, my door is open to anyone seeking support.
