My integrative counselling offers a calm and supportive space where you can explore your experiences with honesty and curiosity. Together, we can make sense of what’s happening, reconnect with your inner resources, and move towards a more grounded and authentic way of being.
Sessions can be short-term or longer-term, depending on your needs.
Who I Work With
I work with adults, supporting a wide range of issues, including:
- Anxiety & depression
- Trauma and post-traumatic stress
- Low self-esteem and confidence
- Emotional overwhelm
- 'Masking' or silencing parts of yourself to fit in
- Life transitions and identity exploration
If you identify as creative or neurodivergent, you may find therapy with me particularly resonant. While I am able to work in a more conventional talking-therapy format, I also welcome clients who are drawn to a more imaginative or experiential approach.
